Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Lion Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Decent exercise room with new equipment. Large indoor pool and two small hot tubs. Good location.
Thin, rough towels. Only paper cups in room. Both keys stopped working after second night. Breakfast did not have much variety.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and considerate.
Internet access was patchy. This was due to inadequate bandwidth. When a few people get on, the capacity is just not there.

Excellent location and facilities. Good breakfast, though unremarkable. Staff are what makes this hotel special from the front desk to the shuttle drivers.

Near Airpirt
Shower Luke warm limit on hot water. Mattress soft, pillow hard. Noisy. A/C unresponsive; had to open window. Noisy, police raided the room across hall in middle of night. Two wrong number calls during night. No good restaurants nearby. WiFi sucked.

I like the location from the freeway. The breakfast was good with many options that fit my family.
The breakfast room would have been nice if it had a kid's high chair for my child. The room was a little small, but it worked. The staff tried to locate a crib for us, but couldn't find one. Overall, acceptable experience.
