My only complaint is that I left my laptop in the room and it was not found. I called the staff after I left and they said they would leave a note for the cleaning people. THey never got back to me, and did nothing to help me find it.

The building we where in know lock on front door. Wall switches did not work. Had a lamp in room only one that worked except bathroom lights. Latch for safely when answering the door was broken, was not usable. Ice machine did not work.

Unfortunately when we arrived the room was not clean ... the cleaning ladies insisted on cleaning around us.. did not even change bedding nor wipe down countertops .. it was absolutely disgusting
