Just don't do it. You're better off staying at a Motel 6. This is a 1 star place charging 3 star prices. I was so embarrassed. I took my honey here as part of his birthday trip. He called it the "Kuality with a 'K" inn. We stayed 30 minutes away in Silicon Valley the next night at a beautiful hotel, and paid less. When I checked in the desk clerk actually charged my card, and the total was $20 less than what I'd prepaid Priceline. Lesson learned. ...

The rooms were well maintained, and look up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

The value proposition is as advertised. For the money this hotel is as good as it gets in this part of California. Clean, quiet and full featured. The breakfast room is a bit small but not awful. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain but no such problem in the tub/shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. ...

I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn. The location was wonderful, and the room was just what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. If I am in the area again, I will know exactly where I will be staying.

Seems like a struggling hotel or the manager was a penny pincher. One coffee dispenser for a hotel with this many rooms.. Waffle batter ran out and he poured in a couple more cups of batter and then it ran out again and he poured in a couple cups of batter again. Fill it up and quit making the customers wait. Customer has to ask where is the syrup? Oh I forgot to put it out. No yogurt? No eggs.. No meat.. Unless you are suppose to count the hard boiled eggs that look like they were peeled last week. If you are not going to provide breakfast advertise a continental breakfast... The place is out dated. The pool looks like it got a face lift back in the 70's. The place was dirty inside and out. View out the end unit looked like a county dump. Dirty screens, dirty windows, dirty mirrors, cobwebs, stair railing hard dirt one quarter of an inch thick. My microwave did not work because the cord did not reach an outlet. I asked three different time on different days for an extension cord. Never received one. One of the times I even asked the manager. If you wanted to use the microwave you had to take it out of the cabinet and set it on the floor in front of an outlet. AC unit does not shut off when set on automatic. It runs and runs. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. ...
