the mall and shopping center were near by.
The smell of the room was horrible and it was a weird mold odor smell. I couldn't even sleep.

The desk manager made all the difference in my stay. He was polite and professional. When I needed him he was there. He actually cared and that's what won me over!
The only thing I didn't really care too much about was the fact that the jet tub wasn't in the bedroom area by the TV. That's about it.

it was spacious and had all amenities as stated when i booked
the electric fire place didn't work. the heater was also not working properly it took over 4 hours for the room to be look warm. there was only one person at the front desk, he didn't speak much english and didn't bring half of the items we requested.

Yes when we arrived there was no hot water. We came back 3 hours later and still no hot water.

Clean Hotel but no hit water.
