Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Civic Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was in the location I desired - that's it.
Oh, how about the window that falls in if you touch it (room 210), the mold around the window, the peeling wallpaper, the mold in the bathroom, the paper thin walls, do I really need to say more?

It should not be a two star hotel and I am VERY unlikely to use Priceline again if hotels like this are FORCED upon users.

The bathroom had not been cleaned and there were ants everywhere!

I would not recommend this hotel. They really need to invest some money back into the hotel. Very run down.

Staff friendliness
The room had an extremely strong smell of mold. Although the room was in a good condition overall (other than a door lock that was assembled the opposite way...) my stay wasn't joyful, as of the very strong mold scent

You will enjoy this hotel, as long as you have no sense of smell. The room is in a good condition, breakfast is decent & staff very nice. If your nose does work properly, I'd suggest you look for an alternative location, as a very strong smell of mold will choke you (and that after changing my room to a "less smelly" one... Other issues: Need to be a weightlifter to be able to open & close the window; No laundry machine available more

Friendly staff.
Tight parking spaces

It was ok. A bit pricey for the quality.

Good hot breakfast!

Good price for a good motel. Has no pool though some of the advertisements say that it does. Otherwise, a nice place to stay!

location, that's all.
lack of cleanliness- poor condition of the facility in general, mold in bathroom

In general, this hotel is what could be described as a rathole in a good location. Rundown, broken tiles, dirty lampshades, a laughable breakfast area (room stripped down with counter installed- bathroom still there with a filthy tub). It barely is worth $50 a night. This should not be a 2 star hotel by any standard.

Easy to access and quiet.

Loved the view of the mountains and access to different local restaurants in the area..Like being in the center of the bay area between San Jose and San Francisco..
