The hotel was built in the last three years but it looked like it was 20 years old with maybe some upgrades. The room had open coffee packets when I entered and garbage on the floor. The bathroom had two opened bars of soap in the soap tray which were liquefied because they were sitting in dirty water. There were also two open shampoo containers sitting in the tray. The bathtub had numerous black running streaks on the outside. The towels and bed all appeared to be fine but overall the room looked like it had only been half done. I arrived around midnight so the room should have been completely done. I threw everything in the garbage bin and the next day when I returned everything I had thrown in the garbage was back on the bathroom counter with NO NEW products available to me. ...

Good clean hotel. Liked it being small.

The hotel was very difficult to find, there are no major signs from main road, which it fronts and the entrance resembles a back door entrance rather than something we are used to in North America. The attendant was friendly and very cordial, but the room was small, the carpets in the hall were dirty and my view was of the Home Depot parking lot. I did not even dare try the restaurant, because the whole vibe I was getting was not inviting. Perhaps the fact that it was dark and wintery made the experience less than what was hoped. All in all, however, it served the purpose adequately enough, and the staff seemed nice.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were a party of 6 in 3 different rooms. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good - with lots of variety including plenty of fresh fruit. Tea & coffee readily available at all hours - free of charge and good. The staff was friendly, helpful and did not hesitate to address any questions or needs of guests. For example: Monica (front desk) and Eren (breakfast) were always smiling and asking how they could assist us. The location of the hotel was very conveniently located (walking distance) close to many restaurants and shopping. ...
