Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Hotel And Conference CentreOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I thought this place went well beyond the 2.5 star rating. Rooms were nice, clean, and looked recently renovated. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast! I enjoyed that both their menu and breakfast buffet tried to do something a little different than the average hotel restaurant. I was only there one night, but I couldn't find a single thing to complain about! The guest lounge area would be a great place to arrange a meeting and was perfect for getting some computer work done before heading out on a busy day. ...

When I notified the clerk that I had requested a non smoking room they informed me that there were no other rooms available. So obviously my stay was less than pleasant and I won't be staying there again.
