Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pearson Hotel Conference Centre Toronto Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I got bed bug bites, with no verification of the bugs. The hotel was clean, they are conscientious, but it is a problem in Toronto, which I learned from the health department website. No further consequences.Could happen anywhere, just more prevalent now.

Proximity
toilet wasn't working in the room I was originally assigned and kept making weird noises.

It was okay and acceptable.

Rooms were great.
Breakfast could of been better. Seemed like they bought the cheapest foods.

We got a goood deal on the hotel for our event considering the prices at all of the surrounding hotels. The staff are nice, but I didn't see the fantastic woman I met two ears earlier. Nice breakfast included.
My room was on the first floor, was so damp and musky that even things inside of a closed suitcase were wet. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. My friends on the 5th floor did not have these issues.

The hotel is great, they offer the perfect room with ameneties and friendly staff. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast which is nice. I got unlucky with the damp and musty ground floor room. We took action to improve the room by turning on the ac, brought in a fabreeze car air freshener on the ac, and left the bathroom fan on at all times. By the third night it wasn't so bad. The smell was gone so it may have been from the room next to us. We didn't ask for a different room because we assumed they would be full from the even we were there for. The minor spaghetti stains on the duvet and the mold on the roof were a little disconcerting but we had what we needed for a few nights. I only wish it weren't damp because a cold I was getting over is now worse. ...read more

Did not like nothing about it. If you ordered food it was not even made there it came from a different location.
Customer service was horrible. No housekeeper working when we got there. If we need anything we had to go to the desk and pick it up...

It was a bad experience that I booked it for 2 notes that I slept there one nite only. Also it's not Pearson Hotel it's just a regular Days Inn...

The Price Pipe Line Gave me wasxxx and tax. Had to ask 3 times for a receipt from staff. Got home and they took out $100.00 from my card. Called Hotel and they said will look in to it and would call back. Still have not heard from them.
