Large and beautiful room, in fairly good city location. Pricey, but well-appointed.

Enjoyed our stay. Used the restaurant for lunch and dinner and both times, excellent.

The location of the hotel is great, about a 4 minute walk to the bus station. Right in downtown. Staff were very friendly, maybe the best of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. However, the pool didn't have water when I was there (maybe due to it being Winter, but still, I was disappointed) and the bathroom was old. This is not a five star hotel, I was disappointed when I received this hotel as my 5 star bid. It is a 4 star, max. But the bed was very comfortable and new which is what matters most. ...

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It is overpriced and overrated. There is no pool, no ATM, internet costs 30.00 per day.
