Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nh Prague

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Being allocated an executive room and the cable car
location is a little away from centre

My one night stay did not allow me to fully appreciate everything this hotel could offer. The staff were excellent, the facilities were excellent.

easy to get to tram, bus or train to get to city. It has a great gym and the room was very large. beautiful terrace area outside room to sit on. fantastic breakfast buffet
should provide detailed directions bc the train, buas shorage station is there so it makes it hard to get to hotel

i liked it a lot was close to may things and could walk if wanted to see the city

The breakfast was amazing! So much quality food and diverse selection. The staff was friendly and rooms really nice.
The gym could use some refurbishing and updating. It wasn't very well kept.

Room was awesome, and breakfast was great!
Only that it's not really close to anything.

Super large room, clean, very nice! The breakfast buffet was second to none...more than you could possibly imagine. The hotel is not in the center per se, but is 4 blocks from the Adel station and #9 bus which connects easily to the #22(main tourist bus)

Nice, new, clean, great breakfast.
Location was not ideal, but tram wasn't too far away.

This was a good deal for the money. Very nice place, amazing breakfast buffet. Not really walking distance to the city center. I did walk it back one night but it took hours. The tram stop is not far from the hotel, maybe a 10 minute walk. Trouble is, which tram do you take and in what direction? Once you figure out the tram routes, it's not bad. Returning back to the hotel the second night (the first night I walked), I took the tram from the city center going the wrong direction. So instead of five stops and 15 minutes back to the hotel, it was 41 stops and an hour. ...read more

Spacious, Clean Room. Great Breakfast (free). Free Wifi. Not far from Metro & Tram Stations. Loved our stay.
Directions to the hotel by public transport could've been better documented in the website.

Booked the hotel through Priceline (bidding) for 2 nights. Got a spacious, clean room. Free Breakfast (excellent) and free wifi. Friendly Staff. The Hotel is not far from the city center and the Old town. Tram No.9 from Main Railway Station Praha h.n to ANDEL stop and about 5 to 10 minutes walk from there. ANDEL is also connected by Metro. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

The tram to the 2nd section of the hotel was fun.
The "king" sized bed was two twin beds slapped together.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. If you don't need a king sized bed, this place is nice.

Some of the staff were very helpful.
Some of the staff were rude as hell.

It's on the outskirts of the city, so bring your walking shoes, Far. Is a clean, safe place to sleep and thats about it.

Hardworking friendly staff.
Poor location, bed sheets had holes and were mended, no
WiFi for free or anything else, poor limited supplies of all.

The staff works hard at this hotel. No WiFi, no breakfast included. Supplies are poor and limited, only soap is provided, towels are small and bed sheets had holes and were mended. There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Even a computer in the lobby is not free to use. The location is not a good one, far from old town.
