Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nh Prague

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nice, new, clean, great breakfast.
Location was not ideal, but tram wasn't too far away.

This was a good deal for the money. Very nice place, amazing breakfast buffet. Not really walking distance to the city center. I did walk it back one night but it took hours. The tram stop is not far from the hotel, maybe a 10 minute walk. Trouble is, which tram do you take and in what direction? Once you figure out the tram routes, it's not bad. Returning back to the hotel the second night (the first night I walked), I took the tram from the city center going the wrong direction. So instead of five stops and 15 minutes back to the hotel, it was 41 stops and an hour. ...read more

Spacious, Clean Room. Great Breakfast (free). Free Wifi. Not far from Metro & Tram Stations. Loved our stay.
Directions to the hotel by public transport could've been better documented in the website.

Booked the hotel through Priceline (bidding) for 2 nights. Got a spacious, clean room. Free Breakfast (excellent) and free wifi. Friendly Staff. The Hotel is not far from the city center and the Old town. Tram No.9 from Main Railway Station Praha h.n to ANDEL stop and about 5 to 10 minutes walk from there. ANDEL is also connected by Metro. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

The tram to the 2nd section of the hotel was fun.
The "king" sized bed was two twin beds slapped together.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. If you don't need a king sized bed, this place is nice.

Some of the staff were very helpful.
Some of the staff were rude as hell.

It's on the outskirts of the city, so bring your walking shoes, Far. Is a clean, safe place to sleep and thats about it.

Hardworking friendly staff.
Poor location, bed sheets had holes and were mended, no
WiFi for free or anything else, poor limited supplies of all.

The staff works hard at this hotel. No WiFi, no breakfast included. Supplies are poor and limited, only soap is provided, towels are small and bed sheets had holes and were mended. There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Even a computer in the lobby is not free to use. The location is not a good one, far from old town.

The hotel had beautiful design. Room had great space.
Outdated, needs to be renovated, geared to auto travelers despite central location, and expensive Internet.

Rude staff. Nothing private, nothing romantic. All big and only aiming at earning money.

Very rude staff. Tried to sent us to another hotel far away and pretended this was the only option. After 30 minutes of discussion they did admit that the other hotel was far away and offered us a poor alternative.

The hotel, while not a 4-star property as described, is clean and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are slightly outdated but well-kept. The cable car is fun to go up for the view, even if you're staying in the main building.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff; clean, and comfortable room.
Time to upgrade the TV sets to HD flat screens.

The hotel was nice; courteous staff to help check-in and check out. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with many choices. The room was nice, but nothing special.
