Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The location to the courts was good.
It in no way deserved the 4 star rating. The hotel was not functioning with the resturant at all. If I had known that it was practically shut down for renovation I probably would not have stayed there. For $--- for 1 night stay it was terrible.

The drinks were equally overpriced. $11 for a glass of wine is unecessary. I witnessed young men hanging around in the lobby. They were obviously not staying at the hotel. I got the impression they were there to sell drugs. Security was aware of this & simply ignored it. I have not witness this at other Marriotts. I was given incorrect information from a staff member st the front desk regarding my reward points & parking. ...read more
