Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great architecture and historic feel.
The room was dated and needs renovation.

Beautiful lobby and common spaces!
The staff were rude and the rooms are terribly old.

I loved how close it was to everything downtown. It was a great place to visit. It's a very classy hotel.
I have no complaints.

Good location.
Did not like the expensive valet parking; nor the pushy, assumptive valet parking staff. Turned me off big time.

It was beautiful in the public areas, but that is where it ends.
WIFI was insufficient and was not available in many parts of the hotel despite having to pay extra for it. The rooms are small and outdated. My room only had 4 power outlets: 2 of which were being used by the climate control unit and a lamp.
