Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millenium Hilton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was room for two people to brush thier teeth at the same time.
There was no information in the room about the hotel, how to use the pool, etc. the lines in the lobby were too long to ask at the concierge. there is a fridge/trap in the room, touch anything and you are charged. Free wifi is only in the very busy lobby

the location is very busy, nearly as busy as Times Square. There is a $12.95 per DAY charge to use wifi in the room. Other than a very expensive room service menu there is no information about what facilities and services are available in the room. One whole drawer under the tv is full of a mousetrap like thing full of candy bars, very expensive and too easy for a kid to pull one out. You might be able to get somebody to lock it along with the very expensive fridge, if you are willing to wait in line in the lobby, any calls to housekeeping are put on hold and not picked up. ...read more

Hotel was clean and spacious and located in a convenient, yet busy, part of NYC.
The parking situation was horrendous and maybe typical in NYC but our car took forever to retrieve... past the standard half hour wait and over an hour.

location close to the subway and PATH, and if you want to see places in lower Mahatten, this is a great place.
the housekeeping staff threw away our leftover food, manager gave us a coupon for breakfast, good service recovery.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We picked this area so we could visit 911 memorial. It was right across street and very easy to get to other areas of Manhattsn by train. Train station was at corner.
Nothing, very happy with hotel.

The location was fantastic. Pool and room service were good.
The decor in the room was dated. It was very small. The costs of internet service and movies were high. The doorman was always chatting and never opened the door - not that is was needed but if he exists it is odd for him to not be of service.
