Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Midtown Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location is excellent. Half a block from Symphony underground station. Unbeatable location for the price.
Wifi terrible/unusable in my room. Front desk said they were surprised as I was near router. IT checked it out but still unusable. Small details: One drawer painted shut, shower curtain hooks were broken, no fridge, but still excellent value for $.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to Fenway Park (20 minutes) and two blocks from the Prudential Center. The subway station was one block away. Because we were attending a Red Sox game we received free parking.
Air conditioning was not working correctly--it was cool on one side of the room and was warm on the other.

Seemed a little dingy. Could do with a face lift.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will stay there again. Don't get confused by 2.5 stars, this place is more like 3-3.5 stars hotel. Very clean, nice staff, great location, 2 min from the metro. Nice pool, parking $29 a day
