Very friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Under remodeling; extremely noisy. Dated hotel, noisy, smelled musty and old in room.

Extremely nice and attentive staff however the hotel/actually motel is very dated and old. Rooms are well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, iron, microwave, etc but it just looked and smelled old. Under remodeling so it was extremely noisy all day long.

The location was ideal to support a family member at the Stanford Hospital.
Charges were added for asking for two beds instead of one. While the motel has upgraded much of the facility, there was still mold around the bathroom windows and the wallpaper was separating which left concerns over cleanliness and bacteria.

I would downgrade this motel to two stars. There was significant construction in progress which may be completed in the coming months. Not all of the old motel maintenance issues have been addressed. It also felt that the request for changes were immediate add ons. Kind of a pay as you go construction upgrade. The hallway is under construction. In process of putting on flooring.

It is very nicely decorated.

This was not a hotel. It is a small motel on a busy street. Noise level was high from traffic, neighboring rooms and people walking and talking to and from their rooms. Freeway access was not easy. The breakfast room and food left a lot to be desired.

This was a Priceline EXPRESS DEAL so you didn't really know about the place until it was purchased. Had I known it was a motel, I would not have considered it. The area was nice but the accomodations (notel) was not what I was expecting to find.

The staff, comfort of beds, parking, breakfast, location. Staff had the air on, that was great to have already cooled down for us. Beds were made to perfection, floor corners clean!!!
Carpet has ground in dirt at entrance and you can see where everyone walks, THIS IS NOT THE CLEANING STAFF FAULT, it needs to be deep cleaned, no plate cover over a wall plug, and the room has a damp, stale odor when entering. Only enough coffee for one.

Get rid of the ground in dirt on carpet, the smell and replace the missing wall plate on outlet. Then this would be worth thexxx. I had to spend on it. Had the staff not been excellent and the amenities great this would not rate a 2 star but does rate a 4 star if those issues are fixed.
