Hotel Guest Reviews of the Melia Cozumel - All Inclusive

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was excellent!Food was decent for an all inclusive
Be careful with the time share people. I choose the free golf and it was far from free.Negotiate hard before you commit to listen to them! This is an older hotel but its overall a good value

The view was awesome, The beach was beautiful. The pools were warm. Love the swim up bar.The drinks were ok.. but I suggest you stick to beer or rum and coke.. they use a lot of bottom shelf alcohol and that's how you get sick.
The food-not very good. For best options stick to the fresh fruit. For Breakfast do the omelette or fried eggs. For lunch/dinner the grilled meat is best. I suggest the beef steak and ask for it WELL DONE, also ask for Tortillas and you can make tacos.

Hotel was clean, room was updated, and staff was courteous.
The food was subpar for an all inclusive resort. In order to get into the specialty restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation. The water stays muddy along the beachfront due to a rock pier at the resort next to the Melia.
