The bartender LInda! She helped numb the pain of a dirty, bad room that was noisy and I felt like I was sleeping on the highway.
I should get a full refund. My neck and back are sore, I did not sleep, the hotel was dirty and I will never ever stay there again. DISGUSTING

The hotel is dirty, dingy, smelled horribly. The room was situated in between both highways and I felt like the trucks and cars were driving through my room while I was trying to sleep. the bathroom was gross. ALL AROUND IT WAS HORRIBLE.

The location to NYC was good and the hotel was nice but booked a room with2 queen beds. but when we got there no 2 queen bed smoking rooms available. and kids were not on reservations. but was upgraded to king bed and couch bed kids fees were waived .
Room was nice but needed more things for the kids. arcade only had three games and 2 were out of order

Location Location Location.... Liked that they have the Italian Restaurant La Reggia .. We were dancing there and it was not part of our plans, but we enjoyed...
Yes, we needed to do laundry, it was very inconvenient having to go to the laundromat getting quaters and detergent..

Location.. hotel is close to restaurants, main highways and New York City. I like the fact that has an Italian restaurant La Reggia and you could dance on the weekends.. we had a great time. Hotel is clean and stuff is friendly and respectful. Breadfast and parking and wifi are included. The only thing that did not like was the fact that there is not laundry area. I had to go to the laundromat getting all quaters and detergent was not fun at all! I found a great price online more

Rooms need to updated. Bathrooms especially. Being next to the highway, it's very loud, even on the 9th floor. The airconditioner blew the curtains all night long.

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, every staff member I came in contact with, for whatever reason, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Van service was available. Free parking.
It wasn't a problem, just a disappointment that there wasn't a refrigerator in my room. That's the only thing that disappointed me. Otherwise everything about this hotel was very satisfacory.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free buffet was great. Room was spacious and clean with anything you needed but my room did not have a refrigerator which surprised me. Free parking is always a plus. Van service to bus, train to NYC and to local shopping. We decided to walk to the bus stop which is app a 20 minute walk thru an upscale neighborhood. Plenty of fast food restaurants in the area. Easily accessible from Route 3. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms from room service and ecpected a so so pizza. Well it was delicious and covered with fresh mushrooms and fresh basil. I would definitely stay here again when I plan my next trip to NYC. Don t drive into the city. Lincoln tunnel fees are now $13.00. I paid $1.50 each way on the bus because I am a senior citizen. more

It was fine - everything worked. A decent hotel, nothing special. Fine for our needs.

Location was great for access to Manhattan.
The beds were very stiff.

The location was great for access to New York City. I would call this a 2 star rather than 2 1/2 star based on the age of the hotel and the stiff beds.

Convenient to our family in Secacus.
Room hasn't been updated in a long time, including bedding and TV!

We were so excited to stay at this hotel because it was close to family. We got a trainee when we checked in who while friendly didn't seem to know what he was doing and there was no one there to help him. When we got to the room we were very disappointed, the pillows were flat hard logs, the TV was at least 20 years old and the picture was so dark you couldn't see it unless you had the room absolutely dark. The room hasn't been updated in a very long time that was for sure. Also, another guest was given our key (thank goodness it didn't work) so at 12AM was trying to enter our room because that is the room number he was given at the desk. more
