It was in great location
There should be more signs to tell you to go up the escalator to get to the lobby, .I was a little surprised by $50 parking charge.The homeless man in the lobby I would have rather given him the 50 bucks!

Love the hotel. Love the location and all that it offers. The staff is amazing and all was wonderful~
The housekeeping staff knocked on the door at 9am when check-out was at 12pm. She came back and was somewhat of a haunt.

Everything! The location was perfect, the room was nice, the view gorgeous, the amenities great and the customer service fantastic. Couldn't beat the price either.
Parking was not included but for being in the city and for the price we paid it wasn't a big deal.

I highly recommend it. Every person working there was nice, friendly, helpful and great. The location for us was perfect, views stunning, facilities clean, attractive and very nice.

Incredibly helpful staff, perfect location (the T is just outside the entrance and near great food and places to explore), very clean room.
Sanding/painting halls during our stay (but not loud or bothersome when in the room).

Very nice hotel, and great service by the staff. Very pleasant stay!
The open concept in the middle of the hotel, made a lot of echoing of voices from the lobby and the bar. Didn't ruin our stay, but made it harder to sleep if you are use to very quiet sleeping.
