Hotel Guest Reviews of the Leeson Bridge Guesthouse

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location was great. Front desk staff were outstanding and helpful. Right along the bus line so easy access everywhere.
Room and bathroom were not clean. Guesthouse is located at intersection of 2 busy streets so lots of street noise.

About 6 blocks to Stephens Green and Grafton.
Constant problems with key. Had to get it recharged numerous times.

The only two negatives were with the keys they gave us. We we constantly having to get them rescanned to work. They told us we get the key too close to phone, but seeing as how we left phone in room most of the time, not sure I buy that theory. The other negative was our room was right by the street. We heard a lot of noise first thing in the mornings. Don't think noise would be a problem if you get one of the rooms on a higher floor. All that being said, I thought it was a very good hotel, and would stay here again. There is a grocery store about 2 blocks away, and a couple of restaurants across the street. Its about a 6 block walk to Stephens Green, and a little bit further to Grafton. The best part of the hotel:
Staff who works at the front desk.
