The breakfast was ok & the hotel is located in an accessible location.
There was only 1 working elevator for a 9 floor hotel.There were 2 visible mouse traps in the bathroom.The pool/gym area was smelly, dirty and very old

The room was spacious with small living room furnished with a couch and foot rest in the front. Water pressure from shower was great! Air conditioning was blowing hard and cold. Room was equipped with small fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker.
The odd number rooms were facing HVAC on the roofs making super loud noise that will cause many people not able to fall asleep. Check-in started 3pm without exceptions. I arrived early with items that needs to be put in fridge but had to wait till 3pm.

The carpet was so so dirty and disgusting. The room was unclean at all, and there was a dress behind the sofa which means that they did not clean the room appropriately. There was black and red spots in the carpet. Also, I felt that there is bed bugs.

The pool was very green ...had dogs all over ...need to have pet free rooms...made me all stuffed up ..but guess animals are more important than people. .

Loads of stuff, staff need to be courteous. No blankets in the room and we noticed late in the night, carpet in the room was so dirty. Hall ways stink with smoking smell. Elevator waiting times are 1 to 10 minutes..

On this trip we stayed at 3 hotels and this was the worst one.. First and foremost staff to learn not to be rude and have patience to hear out the guests

There were no A/C in the hall ways in all the floors except first floor which was not a goodd excerience specially when you were waiting for the elevator in the upper levels.

It was dirty it had stain in the carpet and all over the furniture in the room and the hallway. The bed was uncomfortable and the pull out bed felt like you were sleeping on a hard floor.
