The hotel was fine. Nothing too special. Nothing awful either. Our overvall experience was fine. Really liked the waffles.
Not many parking spots. Though we did find a parking spot on street right outside hotel.

The price and location were good, especially for New York. This seemed to be a safe neighborhood and was an easy walk to the subway. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was typical, the rooms were clean.
While this did not bother us, the rooms and lobby are small.

the continental breakfast was bad, just cereal and toast with juices. The staff was not friendly and inviting upon check in and check out it was just routine.
