Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Toronto Yorkville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Friendly staff, great interior, very clean rooms.
The bed headboards are fake (i.e. attached to the wall). The gym is small and has no equipment for the legs.

This is a great full service hotel that was conveniently located. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Having a concierge was a plus. The room was spacious and elegant. Plenty of room to relax. This is a first class hotel.
The pool was very small. Better for adults-not kids. Would have enjoyed a hot tub.

The staff was very pleasant and patient. The room was spacious and well appointed. And the bathroom was wonderfully large.
Not enough regular coffee Keurig coffee pods.

Public parking next door, led directly into the hotel lobby, a nice feature considering how cold Toronto can be. Located very near subway train and within walking distance to Yorkville and other shops.

Staff are very nice and helpful, from the concierge to housekeeping. Location can't be beat, right in mid-town Toronto with everything close at hand.
Rooms were okay... given complimentary upgrades at check-in but even those rooms were average. Some water stains on the ceilings, bathrooms looked a bit old (but nice marble, etc.). The king beds had a memory foam or featherbed on top (didn't fit).

For price we paid (~ $---/night), you can't beat this hotel. It's likely as good as any other premium chain in the area and overall, we had a positive experience. Would stay again.

Great location; friendly staff and spacious well-appointed room.
Would have been nice to have the parking included, however, the public parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel.

We were given an unsolicited upgrade on the room, which was a nice bonus. We would certainly like to stay there again sometime.

The front desk staff were fantastic, welcoming, and super helpful. The location is great as well, away from the rowdiness of the entertainment district but within walking distance to anything you could want.

One of the few hotels on Bloor st that actually come with a swimming pool. Within short walking distance to train stations, bus.
