Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Ana Tokyo

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great Location, close to subway station and roppongi. Rooms were large for Japan and the bathrooms were very nice.
Halloween party on 36th floor the evening we revelers packed the lobby, they were very noisy.

Great hotel located close to Roppongi

It was clean
NOT Friendly to americans

I stayed at Christmas, could not get a seat at the restaurant the entire time, the staff was not helpful either. I left Tokyo early and asked for help to cancel a room in Narita and it was really a big bother to the front desk. I tried to make dinner reservations each night and had no luck at all.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Great location, helpful staff and decent food. Everything is ridiculously expensive but I suppose that's Tokyo for you...

Nice amenities, staff, room, and overall hotel.
Confusion over perks, such as free breakfast, but it wasn't well explained. Went to wrong restaurant.

The ANA was a very high quality hotel. Its rooms were luxurious, clean and well furnished. the service staff was helpful and sincere. The price was appropriate to slightly on the cheap side for the level of quality and location.
