Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Vancouver. The interior design and style of the room and hotel was beautiful. We had a city view south out towards the Vancouver Hotel and Point Grey which was fabulous. The bed was sooo comfortable!

Location is great.
It costs $30.00 a day to park. Does not allow outside food to be delivered to your room.

Receptionists were all very friendly but the manager was snotty when confronted on why food could not be delivered to your room. I've never heard of that before...I get security issues but when the hotel staff phones and confirms with you that you indeed have ordered food. why not let them up? oh well first world problems right!

Very helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet rooms which are spacious. Lovely views of downtown sights. Really good central downtown location.
Lobby area a bit too overtaken by Starbucks. Would have preferred more separation between hotel lobby and coffee purveyor. $37.95 a bit too pricey for parking each night.

Close to shops, restaurants, etc. Within walking distance to many attractions. Helpful concierge. Very efficient elevator system with little waiting for an elevator. Room temperatures were spot on..comfortable in day and also during the night. Great room darkening drapes. Flat screen TV. Very nice overall. Would stay at this hotel again.

It's a beautiful hotel with conveniences such as a Starbucks in the main lobby as well as a bar. The rooms are lovely and very well appointed. We had a city/ocean view so we had the best of both worlds. The hotel is located near just about everything.
I had to really try hard to think of something. The towels are a little small and not made from the most luxurious fabric.

We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely staff
Parking was a bit steep (over 30 dollars/day), pet fee expensive at $100
