The Staff was Friendly, Helpful, just simply great. The location of the Hotel was great, the scenery was awesome .

They might need more parking, because it is just a great hotel.

the staff and the location/staff did move us into a nicer room for the second night and waived the "hotel fee"
room was not as requested, tub did not drain, a/c aimed directly at bed, view looked out at cement wall, very noisy location across from elevator

Shuttle Bus looks tattered & torn inside and smells of bad cologne.Make sure you know that hotel puts $500 hold on credit/debit card.

For a supposed 4 star hotel, the service was dismal. The entire experience was terrible. From the flooded out room, to the poor customer service displayed at the front desk, to the hour wait for our car, this was one of the worst experiences ever

friendly staff. too much bird poop on outside deck and furniture. room was not made up until we asked at 530 pm but they were very nice and gave us breakfast for free 2 days

Don't like paying a $35 resort fee.The 1 time I used any resort features I was very disappointed. When we were at the pool there were no clean pool towels available until they get washed.

The location was amazing and there was ample parking which was very nice.
The room was a bit dingy and could use to be refreshed. The carpet always felt wet - even after being there for 2 nights so we wore shoes inside the entire time.
