The area has a lot of homeless people. The decor in the lobbies are old and you can tell because they look old and dirty. The shower sucked.

Checked into a room with a faulty toilet. Overflowing in the bathroom with feces on the floor. Very loud in hallway. Someone trying to get In our room at am. At 8 am someone was passed out very drink in the hallway.we complained nothin was done, no sorry

Nice, friendly, courteous staff. Beautiful architecture in the lobby. Building has character. Rooms are clean.
Not a great neighborhood. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but adequate.

There aren't enough characters to describe this horrible experience. The staff was very rude and ignored us on serveral occasions. The Valet told us they lost our car. The bathroom had black mold. The wifi didnt work. Just a horrendous experience.

Wifi was awful; could barely connect, and even when I could, the speeds are horrendous. Staff was rude and short with me. Location is absolutely awful; quite bad homeless problem directly outside the front door.
