Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Royalty Puebla

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We've stayed here a few times over the past few years. First with a couple of friends and most recently with our 5 month old. Each time we've stayed in one of the junior suites which have balconies that open with an amazing view of the Zocalo.
The elevator was broken on our most recent stay. It seems that the hot water in the shower only works in the am- so plan accordingly. The free breakfast buffet its appeal with a stay of more than a day, although Sunday's spread is much nicer.

You can't beat the location of this hotel! Having only stayed in the junior suites - I can't speak of the other rooms- but the jr suites are large and comfortable with great balconies with a fabulous view of the Zocalo. Of course it can be noisy, especially on the weekends- we had our white noise machine with us, although ear plugs would work well too! The shower was great in the am, but I believe they turn off the hot water in the pm- we just adapted our schedule- The breakfast buffet has the same options each day, which can be a bit tiresome after a few days, although it is complimentary. We chose this hotel specifically due to its balconies, knowing that we would be spending more time in the room with our 5 month old. Our video monitor also worked downstairs at the restaurant, so we were able to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, while making sure our little guy was safe and sound. ...read more

The view we had, the room space and having a seating area.
The way they chareged the room 2 days then had to go back and pay for my extra 2 days...one payment is hat I would have liked.

The location, and the view was just awesome, everything we need was in just frets way..

Location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, professionalism. Close to tourism office and everything possible.

I loved that it was close to everything possible, tourism office, governmental offices, museums, cathedral, restaurants. If you felt like just seeing people you could just cross the street and sit on a park bench. Taxi's constantly pass by if needed for further locations, very convenient.
