Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Manoir Victoria

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Wonderful, warm and welcoming environment. Chez Boulay great restaurant.
Taxes on purchases, although expected, were a bit high.

Most rooms newly renovated...absolutely beautiful. Loved the location for walking tours and auto access to and from location.

Room was awesome. Staff fantastic. Location is perfect. It was my wives first trip to Quebec City. I've been there a few times and wanted her to have a great experience. This hotel is in the perfect location and is beautiful.
The pool is tiny and workout area limited. The restaurant is high end and nice but so are 20 or 30 others in Old Quebec. We actually wanted a casual meal after 2 nights of fine dining. The hotel food has no middle ground. And there was no breakfast.

It was an amazing experience. I've stayed in many hotels in the city region, including Chateau Frontinac. Manoir Victoria is my first choice. Just find some variety in the food. The bar is not a relaxing atmosphere. That title goes to the bar at the Chateau. Bartenders there are some the the best(and friendliest) in Canada.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Quebec City in a trendy shopping and eatery area. Convenient walking distance to the lower village, Citadelle, Artillery Park and St. Lawrence river. Inside the Hotel, the pool was a treat.
The streets are busy with traffic and tourists so at night it can be a bit noisy and the noise carries up.

Overall, this hotel is recommended for overnight stay. There is a separate restaurant connected to the hotel which served awesome food, gourmet, trendy and reasonably priced. The hotel lobby was stylish and modern. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

location and the restaurant. Breakfast has a buffet but if you ask for the single meal there is alot of food that can be shared if you like small portions. Staff was great
Room had a little bit of a smell of cleaning product but very faint.

Very pleasant surprise. Location is fantastic and great access to everything (walking distance). The staff was great and made us feel at home. The restaurant was great with excellent food. The only negative was the faint smell of cleaning product in the room but at least you know it is clean. Rooms are comfortable quite. I would recommend and would stay here again.

the location was great! walking distance to shops, restaraunts, and a short "hike" to the winter carnival!
The restaraunts at the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was ok but pricey and not much selection.

Friendly staff, very nice hotel at a reasonable price.
King sized bed instead of 2 double beds.

Arrived late in evening, staff was ready for us with quick and friendly check-in. Room was very nice, free Internet and hotel amenities were excellent. The hotel made our transition to cruise very comfortable.
