Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hotel Horidome Villa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Value is great. Only a few short minutes on foot to several stations. Has exactly what you need in a room while on a budget trip (a shower/bath, a bed, power). Staff speaks some English and tries to be helpful.
Walls are thin. Bring earplugs just in case you get stuck next to that one person who has to talk on the phone at 3AM.

Staff didn't even attempt to get me a cab back to Tokyo Station (with a very large bag in tow) during the snow storm because they claimed it would be too difficult. Even an attempt would have been appreciated. I probably wouldn't complain at all if it wasn't for the fact that I managed to find one on my own 30 seconds after leaving the hotel. That said, I plan to use them again on my next visit - hopefully it isn't snowing. ...read more

A middle-aged receptionist who speaks english quite well and recommend us places to go.
No

The room is tiny though you experienced the same pattern of tokyo. i booked the hotel only 2 weeks before arrival plus during new year time. so it worths the money. Just study the subway line that matches you the most. the hotel has an easy version of subway/JR stations nearby - but you just cant get it from their website.

Great location is close to two Metro stations and premier shopping venues in Nihonbashi. Clean, efficient rooms and well-made beds are ideal for travelers who just need a good night's sleep.

The hotel is clean and well-run, a no-frills experience ideal for independent travelers who can appreciate being in Tokyo's central district. Knowing your way with the Metro system allows you to take advantage of the hotel's walking distance to a couple of subway stops.

Very respectful, and hospitable staff. Comfortable room, easily accessible to the city life.
Nothing.

For travellers looking to stay in a central location in Tokyo, train accessible, and at a great price, this is definitely the place to stay!
