The staff were very rude including reverifying passports after making copies. They acted as very arrogant security guards vs a reception staff. When we checked in they informed us there were no such rooms as suites which we had reserved online. They ended up putting us in a room with tiny twin beds where our feet hung off the edges.. Not to mention this was the last night in Lima with my long distance boyfriend so we were no so pleased to have to be in separate beds. To make matters worse the toilet ran all night. When we asked to speak to a manager, no such luck. Stay away from the over priced hostel. The value of our room was at most $35 vs $75. ...
