- Large room, and it was clean. Owner was friendly and helpful, parking lot was safe and well lit. Free parking, plus the excellent location meant we could just park our vehicle and do everything on foot.
- Great location in the city and room is fine (216). Not smelly, has working fridge and microwave, water is hot, bed is firm. Extra shampoo and towels.

- Could use more lighting in the rooms. Heat was a little high but thermostat was tricky. Not a big deal overall.
- Weird knock at the door from someone never met but pretending to be working at the motel, "to check if everything is well". Missing the front panel of the bathroom counter (sink). Poor fix of paper toilet dispenser, noisy AC/heating.

The help was very nice. COLD ac.
The salad in the fridg, the 5" ring in the tub, the dead bugs on the floor, no phone, no microwave, very few channels on the tv and they didn't work well, the inside out pillow cases on one bed.
