Pros +
- The hotel staff were awesome, went out of their way to make our sibling get together go very smoothly with no stress! Can¿t say enough about how they went out of their way to provide anything we requested
- The room we had was accessible as described and the bathroom was fantastic. The bedroom was a little tight for a wheelchair however manageable. The bedding was awesome and bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
- Pleasant staff.
Cons -
- Housekeeping evidentially does not wipe bathroom counters very well as one of the room's previous occupants' fake fingernail and contact lens were left stuck to ours.
- Stairs to floors 2-5 were not easy to access (through the pool area).
- Advertises hot tub and pool - both were not functioning. No compensation given.
