- There was one particular staff who verbally abused me for calling the front desk at 6.30 AM
- Toilets have no doors, just a sliding panel without any lock. Bathroom door is almost transparent in a family room. All through the hotel there was dirty carpet which stunk because it was not cleaned for months maybe.
- Room reaked of smoke, had to leave the window open for the whole stay, which helped a bit but also made the room very cold. TV didn't work, sheets smelled clean, but were definitely well used and purchased locally (patterns), but getting picky now.
