The hotel was good but the room wasnt

Very convenient location, staff was very friendly and helpful. TV had netflix app which was nice
Our original room smelled horribly of smoke. To their credit, they moved us immediately and were very apologetic. However, the new room had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly as there was used washcloth/shampoo in the [Link Redacted] were quite stiff.

Pool water was very warm
Toilet in room was broken, fridge was rusted on the outside, bath tub was filthy. Cleaning done every 4 days no fresh towels. Much needed upgrades

The first room the mattress had a huge stain on it, The 2nd room smelled weird come to find out it was full of mold. There was mold on the indoor slider door and in the bathroom surrounding the bathtub. front desk said they couldn't do anything.

The front desk associate was extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond trying to make my stay enjoyable, which I genuinely appreciated.

It has a great set up so multiple people can get ready at the same time because there's a bathroom and sink and mirrors outside the bathroom.
For being "non smoking" it takes of smoke.

Location
When i walked into the room there was a bug on the bed. Then the staff member brought in sheet that i had to change myself at midnight. Thatâ≢s the only reason i stay at a hotel is to not do these things. After that the mattress was all rusty and brown.

The room was very clean and the room was nicely renovated. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep on. I loved that it had a fridge (bigger than the usual cube size) and microwave. It also had a sink inside & outside of the bathroom. Great value!
It looked rather unappealing from the outside but the inside made up for it. The pillows were too soft for all 3 of us that stayed in the room. The heater would blow cool air every once in a while so it would be nice to have extra blankets in the room.

Walk out porch, big orange Adirondack chair in front, location, diner next door gives 10% off and they have excellent food!
The water pressure was like going through a car [Link Redacted] stung!

staff very freindly and helpful not enough handycap parking and there were no parking spaces left when we returned that evening and staff had us park right around the corner from the door which was great because my dad has a hard time walking, I think it was staff parking only, I would definetly stay there again
very clean and rm was not small and cramped like some places
no elavator parents are elderly and we had a rm on the second floor
