Location very good
Staff miserable, very slow. Rooms not clean and need up dating. The hotel needs a re vamp. Air-conditioning very noisy.

Room spacious and clean. Bar and restaurant OK for dinner.
Miles from anywhere. Booking shuttle or Taxi through reception a ripoff. Used UBR at less than half their price.

Since we had been aboard cruise ship awaiting Hurricane Milton it was nice to reserve rooms and shuttle service provided. Rooms clean & quiet
Arrived at 12 noon..told we would have to wait outside until 3pm or pay extra $30 to access rooms ( torrential rain outside). We went to rooms, ran to nearby restaurant for quick lunch & took mid afternoon nap. Prior to dinner we prepared to use shower in our room, only to find toggle on faucet broken & had been for some time. We were unable to use bathtub for bathing as plug was missing. We did not notice these defects as the shower curtain was conveniently drawn. I immediately went to office( Marvin) assured me 1. Maintenance would be summoned and respond 2. We would be compensated by moving to another room or on reservation.Maintenance came to room & confirmed the shower faucet was broken ad well as defective shower head. The shower was " partially" fixed for us to shower.. We will await compensation

Good location, great price, and good shuttle service
It took a long time to check in because they had a trainee on the front desk on a Saturday night. Likely not a good idea.

Great location close to the airport and cruise port.Overall the hotel is very nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was quite large and the bed very comfortable however, the room had a musty smell and the bathroom had poor ventilation.

breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The room was clean.
check in was a little rough, wanted to charge me more for the room. The shuttle buses were in need of repair. The air conditioning did not work in one bus and on another the main door had to be tied shut or it would open during the ride.
