- The room that we had it’s beyond our expectations. Way bigger and cleanliness compare to other hotels.
- The room was large, very clean. The location was great, close to West Edmonton Mall, and many nereby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, and many items to choose from both hot and cold. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

- Carpet in the stairwell it looks kind of old and dirty.
- The old lady was not helpful, no customer service, had a mask on could here she was not happy in her tone of voice.. Other times I stayed here, othetr receptionist where very helpful great customer service and very friendly.
