Pros +
- The staff was very courteous. It was within walking distance of the falls and other activities. Great location.
- Love the location! So much to see and do in walking distance! We parked our car offsite for $25 per day.
- The staff is extremely kind and helpful. From the front desk to the Tea room and cleaning staff. Everyone was polite and friendly! The rooms were cozy and charming.
Cons -
- No electric charger, huge price for parking. Said was free on site. The room was so hot.called for maintance but no one came. Fridge was broke.
- We had connecting rooms with friends. One room was a little bigger but both were much smaller than I expected for 2 people and 2 queen beds. The bathroom was a very tiny corner shower. But location makes it worth it. Rooms very dark.
- Two-queen bedroom with a falls view as comfy. It would be hard to find space for luggage for four people in our room, so pack light if you can.

The parking garage was a little confusing and accessing the elevators to the parking garage was a little difficult with several pieces of luggage.
