Pros +
- A spacious suite that was comfortable and quiet despite construction going on outside my window, blocking what was formerly a nice view
- The size of my room and how it came with 2 good robes plus an umbrella.

Cons -
- The lack of a service elevator means that guests must compete with staff pushing carts and stopping at multiple floors. Welcoming guests with cheap bottled water priced at $2.50 a bottle is not hospitable.
- Bottled water was available when I asked for it. But welcoming guests with complimentary water in their rooms would be a welcome upgrade (and in keeping with a common practice with other hotels at this level).

The view was fantastic.
A lobby to socialize would have been nice.
