Beautiful view of all 3 of the falls. Quiet, clean and great staff! Breakfast buffet was delightful. Walkable to every where we wanted to go.

Absolutely nothing. Paid for a view I didn’t get. The staff was not kind or helpful. I asked for a room above the 9th floor and it could not be accommodated. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable.
The rudeness of the staff!!
