- I have stayed here many times. The location is good for the people I need to see. Very cloe to public transport. A great option to be near Vancouver, but not right downtown! I love the hot beverage station near the lobby!Fantastic attached restaurant.
- The hot tub! Most excellent. Hot, big, deep, and strong jets.

- The hotel needs some serious TLC. The rooms are showing their age.
- Lack of elevator and very long hallways. Not a good choice for the mobility challenged.
- Smells was dirty we had to go get a spray to reduce the fire smell

Front desk staff was polite
It was not very clean in our room. The window was out of the track They sent maintenance. He shoved toilet paper into the window track to ?fix? it. Also we were there 4 nights. Housekeeping didn?t show up. I asked multiple times finally came on last night
