- very slow service, beyond slow. one of the front staff a bit difficult to deal with, really not customer service oriented.
- Took three different rooms before we could stand being in one that didn¿t smell so bad! The third room at least had no carpet so it was acceptable but they were all dirty. Went out and bought some cleaners and cloths in order to feel comfortable staying.
