- Very polite, friendly , helpful staffs . both in the hotel and downstairs restaurant
- The hotel was in a great location for us. The parking lot was large, so there Was plenty of parking. The staff were polite and answered any questions we had.
- Loved the view and the gardens.
Cons -
- Pet friendly hotel, should have spaces allowed pet in the restaurant.
- The one thing about this hotel is there bathrooms are TINY! The hot tub wasn¿t as hot as it could of been, but it was still pleasant.
- I was disappointed to find out the pool area was under construction otherwise a good night, Wish I would have known.

The hotel was in a great location for us. The parking lot was large, so there Was plenty of parking. The staff were polite and answered any questions we had.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Kids love the stream going through the hotel.
Staff could be a tad more welcoming and the room would benefit from some basic info such as that there are towels by the pool, location of ice machine. The fridge in room was also quite noisy.
