- The family-owned hotel is very comfortable and relaxing, with welcoming staff and a top restaurant. We were lucky to arrive on a sunny evening, and were able to "wind down" with drinks on the terrace, contemplating a well-cared-for garden. Louviers is within easy driving reach of Rouen, Les Andelys, and Monet's garden.
