Dated rooms but good food and excellent staff. Very noisy road if you have a room at the back of the hotel plus you get woken up by the cigarette smoke from the staff before breakfast.Overall OK but expensive for what it is compared to others.

Just an average hotel. Kind personnel and large outdoor spaces. The room and the bathroom were ok. I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room, the hotel restaurant and the comfortable car parking.

Feels like a bit of an old hotel. Breakfast was poor and never refilled (no croissants left for everyone). Not many facilities. Not really a value for money hotel.

This 'grand' and peaceful hotel was a comfortable and safe stop off for us on a long journey from the south of France to the north of the UK. The hotel was situated in lovely grounds with plentiful secure parking visible from our room.The room itself was as described and met our needs well. Among other factors ,we selected this hotel for the option of an evening meal on site and chose the well priced menu du jour - 3 courses for E26 - good value and reasonable quality.Wifi was strong and reliable. Plenty of hot water in the over-the-bath shower. Blankets in addition to the duvet which was just as well as it was too hot and thick so we had to ditch it.The staff were plentiful and all really friendly, nice and efficient - some doubling up and equally adept as reception/waiting staff for example. Thanks to them.

The layout in our bathroom was really awkward. A small, half height partition wall had been senselessly constructed to presumably honour the French tradition of a separate wc. Instead it made the loo space cramped and uncomfortable and created a needless obstacle which was particularly annoying during the night in the dark when trying not to disturb partner by putting on lights. Although we did not have breakfast (which would have added a further E26 to our bill) we felt that the hotel was overpriced and not great value for money. We travel a lot and often in France - we would have pegged this overnight stay (room only) at around 20/25E less than we paid.

Vegetarian meal options were very poor in the evening meal ~ especially as I had pre-booked & informed I was vegetarian on the reservation. Very disappointed to be offered a vegetarian rissoto option, only to receive a squid ink rissotto with roasted veg on top ~ I ended up with a plate of roasted veg & some potatoes ~ which I felt was poor for the price I was still charged. If we stay again, I think I would go out for dinner in Louviers to have some choice.

The location was good, the hotel provided a safe storage place for our bicycles, which was our method of transport. The hotel had a restaurant which meant we did not have to walk and find a place to eat.

Restaurant and reception not open at weekends. Very dated property, rooms in need of renovation. Unable to get in bath for shower. Toilet area minuscule , difficult access. No tea or coffee making facilities.

extermely expensive. the price and hotel facitlies was not matching. breakfast was extremely poor. the room bed was old and shall be changed.not enough space to eat dinner in the hotel although restaurent has in house contin.

Breakfast was very disappointing - we came down half an hour after it started and there were no croissants left, very little cakes etc , no milk, and little coffee (it was available but we expected that the coffee and milk would have been refilled)The bathroom was rather small

Good location a few minutes walk to Louviers centre. Nice quiet position with good parking. Clean and comfortable bed. Ideal for an overnight stay.

A liitle disappointing that the bar and restaurant is closed at weekends. There are cafes and bars a short walk away but nice to have those facilities in the hotel.

Booking convenience and proximity to Rouen and other destinations.

Layout of bathroom/lavatory was poor with clashing doors and the lavatory basin was not clean. The food was very disappointing.

Breakfast was a rip-off 12 euros for a croissant and coffee, maybe some ham and cheese and bread if that's what you want in the morning.Lunch and dinner were good.

Better breakfast selections

Delightful professionally run hotel in a quiet garden setting. Popular well priced restaurant for dinner after a long day's travelling was a bonus. Comfortable beds provided a restful night. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good variety of choice Would happily stay again
