The location is great. Size of the room.

The property feels outdated and could use some renovations. The room’s AC vents were very dirty, and the bunk bed sheets and blanket had visible stains, which was disappointing. The pool area was also extremely crowded, making it hard to enjoy. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

It is very dated and needs a refresh.They are undergoing work at the moment so I expect it will lift the place. The water part needs an uplift - it is a bit dated and worn down with questionable safety at this time.

Elevator wasn’t working and was a lot of steps for my family and little one to climb each way. They didn’t have activities, shows, games, like they used to have for the kids and families. It rained the whole time and since the pool was closed, I looked forward to having other things to do and there wasn’t.

We liked that there were different activities that were included in the stay, such as pool games, movies, and trivia. The restaurants at the Marketplace were pretty good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and welcoming.

The "free gift" offer was not 90 minutes or less. We spent 4 hours there! We used the kiosk to order food in the marketplace thinking it would be more efficient, but it was actually better to walk up to the counter and order. At the pool, there were many chairs not in use, but people would put towels or their personal belongings on them.

Nice location, near a lot of attractions, clean and have a lot of activities to do at the hotel.

The front desk staff and bartender were excellent. The location is good. The bartender at the grill was excellent and the arcade, although pricey did keep my kid happy for a few hours.

The pool and waterpark area were overcrowded and chaotic. My child didn’t even want to go down to the pool or slides because it was so crazy. We wanted to book a cabana but after looking at them they were dingy and not impressive for 150$. The room was way smaller in person than it looked when I booked. We booked a king suite and it was so crowded for our family of three. The beds were very uncomfortable.The lights in the bathroom were dim. The peel and stick tile on the floor would come up when we walked on it.The elevator to our building was out and we had to walk a long way to get to staircase to do anything. The pizza at the food court was bland. The buffet was overpriced for the quality of food offered. The second pool was not open and I think that led to the overcrowding at the water park. Just a very unimpressive stay and my whole family agreed to not book there again. Disappointed.
