AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt calm and inviting. I especially appreciated the small touches—quick responses to requests, friendly greetings in the hallways, and the overall sense that the team truly cares about guests’ comfort.

The hotel facilities are completely new just like in the pictures. The location is very well, close (a fee minutes driving) from many places to eat and shops. The hotel is 10 to 15min drive from Seaworld and Magic kingdom, which is very convenient when your day at these finishes. The gym also is very nice and clean and plenty of machines to get a good workout. The staff members were always ready to help, very friendly. The pool area is decent, simple but decent. We really enjoyed our stay and got a very good rest

The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. It’s in a great location close to Disney and other major parks with a free shuttle that made transportation super easy. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had plenty of fresh linens and towels. There’s also a gift shop right next door, which was convenient. We Uber’s everywhere better than renting a car

Breakfast wasn’t included, which was a little disappointing. But there’s a Waffle House right across the street that was very affordable we were able to feed our family of five for under $60.

Parking fee is too high, the only put off to returning to the hotel

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious. Unaware to us, upon arrival you have to pay a $20 per night security deposit. If they are no incidentals you will received the deposit back which was fine.The cocktails were nice, but only two bottles of water were complimentary after that we had to pay for our own water. The water dispenser on the third floor of the hotel did not work correctly.The gym facilities were sufficient enough and water, earphones and towels were available free of charge at the gym.The hotel shuttle to universal studios was very convenient and punctual. The pool facilities were great, only downside was it is infront of that carpark so you can be seen my onlookers, the pool is enclosed but also near the highway, so it is not a tranquil experience but still sufficient, towels are also available free of charge at the pool.
