Good location, and nice rooms.

No full length mirrors, and didn’t realize they allowed pets.

The apartment is very comfortable and very quiet

I paid for breakfast for 4 people for 4 nights and 3 days, and they only gave me 8 tickets for breakfast, which means breakfast for 2 days for the group. Breakfast is a sandwich or bagel with egg. There is no buffet or restaurant; it’s a very small cafeteria that takes a long time to prepare a coffee.

Excellent location and the good size of the apartment.

Our experience at Floridays was disappointing. Despite the excellent location and the good size of the apartment, the cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable.We were given a room with a visibly dirty carpet, which only improved after two cleanings. The smaller bedroom had a strong musty smell. The dishwasher did not work properly, and there were multiple rust spots inside. In addition, the toilets in both bathrooms kept running continuously.The apartment appears to have a serious ventilation issue, with excessive humidity, even worse than the outdoor environment. To make matters worse, the remote control for one of the TVs did not work.This was our fourth stay at Floridays, and unfortunately, given the level of neglect and poor maintenance, it will most likely be our last.

We had a two bedroom condo, nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just the basic utensils, few pots and pans, and a coffee maker. It’s in a very good location; close to restaurants, shops, Premium outlets, big attractions, etc. Staff were attentive and friendly.

The only thing we were disappointed was with the Angel guest app that didn’t work in order to communicate with maintenance. Dialing 0 to get someone didn’t work either.

I like the size of the suite, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full size beds for my kids. I like the location of the resort and the location of my room in the resort, as requested, away from any noise. Plenty of parking. No charge for parking

The mattress was way too hard for me. The Roman tub with a pass through to bedroom was a bit strange for me. Resort fee of 35$/day. Not exactly know why they call it a resort, it's mostly apartment buildings with a resort style pool and a gym, not much else.

It was a good location and room was great. Spacious and very comfortable beds.

Everything was great! Close to all attractions and downtown. Clean rooms. Lots of space. Staff answered the call day or night with whatever we needed.

Good price for apartment hotels

I liked the pool bar. The location was pretty good. Lots of food places and shopping close by.

There was a ton on construction outside of the property. Rooms were dated with slight upgrades.
