Pros +
- Location was great. Very close to airport but didn’t feel like it. It was quiet. Also great location on the island to be able to drive to different spots. It was a nice central location. Environment was relaxed. Hotel was gorgeous. Great view of mountain and ocean. Pool was beautiful and huge. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Room was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend and stay here again.
- Everything was outstanding! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just steps away. The beach itself is simply stunning. I couldn’t recommend it more.
- The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the location is really good as well.
Cons -
- Parking was difficult. It seemed as if locals would also use the hotel beach. There was one parking lot roped off for paving. If that would’ve been available, it may have helped with that. Hotel was also spread out. Hotel lobby and gift shop were not close to our room, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Hallways were hot and muggy. I don’t know if the air doesn’t run in the hallways or it’s just the sun hitting the building. Rooms temp was good though.
- The overall level of service did not meet my expectations for a 5 ⭐️ resort. The check-in process was tedious after a long flight, the valets allowed me to struggle with the removable sunroof on my Jeep, (breakfast) service at the restaurant was extremely poor on two occasions and my request for 10:30 AM delivery of my folio/invoice was not met. The servers at the bar were an exception to the above…they were wonderful!
