- Excellent staff
- Friendly staff, felt very safe, will definitely stay here again
- Room was spacious, had an outstanding view of downtown, and was in location to walk to many nearby amenities or to the light rail to reach all around the Twin Cities. We also loved that the hotel is connected to the IDS center and its large indoor plaza.
