- We booked 3 rooms on Booking.com however on arrival there were only 2 rooms booked. 2 of us had to share not ideal.
- I received a booking confirmation from both booking.com and Hotel Christine. When i arrived the Hotel, the Hotel stated no booking was received.. NO ROOMS FREE...I booked online on 02April24....Very very Bad, not very Happy..
- no service whatsoever… manager does not care for safety of guests and not focusing on customer service … had somebody enter the room even though it was locked… walkiing while i was not decent… manager did not know who it was and did apologize

To be breakfast there is no toaster. The personal don't speak English.

when I entered the bathroom there was a used soap and a used towel.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great - close to the town centre and other towns.
The cushions hardly had any filling - so very flat. Only light curtains - no way of blocking out the sun in the morning. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but okay.
Breakfast was very good. Scramble and fried eggs. Rye bread, good coffee.
Nice beer garden... But rude staff.. waited one hour for a menu, asked several times but no result. Got the menu but couldn't get contact to the waiter.. after half an hour more we decided to find other restaurant. We found nice Mexican close by with perfect food and service.
