- Run down for a 4 star. Not clean. Dirty upholstery on the furniture
- We had to park 3 blocks and walk with all of our luggage to the hotel. And the breakfast was $25 for a premade sandwich, fruit and toast
- The air conditioner was extremely cold, was unable to regulate the temperature, so I turned it off completely.

Was told we could use the bikes in the lobby for 3 hrs, then a charge of $25. Then when we asked to use them we were told they were “just for decoration”. No one decorates a lobby with perfectly usable bikes. Changed their story.
